Mung Bean Lentils (Moong Dal)
Split mung beans, salt, cinnamon, cane sugar, turmeric, cumin seeds, bay leaf (for flavor), cardamom pods (for flavor).

Yellow Peas & Lentils (Sambar Dal)
Split pigeon pea lentils (Toor Dal), mustard seeds, sald, asafoetida compound (asafoetida, gum arabic, wheat starch*), turmeric, coriander, dried curry leaves, chili powder, fenugreek
